Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us, and we will work with our production partner to find a resolution.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, colours, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We aim to respond to all order issue requests within 2–3 business days after receiving the required information.
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once we receive the information, we will work directly with our production partner to determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Please note that approval of refunds or replacements is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise requested, customers should not return items before receiving instructions from our team. Because our products are fulfilled by production partners located in multiple regions, return addresses may vary.
Processing Times
We review requests as quickly as possible after receiving all required information. Resolution times vary depending on the nature of the issue and the policies and processing times of our production partners.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because products begin production after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and our production partner.
