Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Unfortunately, due to the nature of Print-on-Demand, we can’t issue any returns. All items are not available for return. If there is an issue with your order, please see refunds for the following steps.

Refunds

As mentioned above, due to the nature of Print-on-Demand, we have to go about refunds in a certain way. If your product is damaged, incorrect, or has some type of issue with it, we will speak with our supplier. We will need photos of the concerning issue and a small description of why you’re requesting a refund. Once we have your details, we will see what we can do for you. Typically, the supplier can reship for no extra cost, or a refund. We will be in contact with you regarding the final decision. Thank you for your patience and understanding when it comes to dealing with these sorts of things. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
