Fulcrum Development is a real estate developer based in Kamloops, BC who we’ve colloborated with on two multi-phase developments: The Burrows and The Walk.

The Burrows is 92 unit development consisting of single family and duplex homes. The logo and name of the development plays homage to the work of the BC Wildlife Park, which is a neighbour to the development and is home to the largest Burrowing Owl breeding facility in the world. The reference not only suggests the location but the fact that the homes are cozy and comfortable in a safe, family-oriented neighbourhood.

The Walk is a stylish, 20 unit townhouse development in the downtown area of Kamloops. The development name references the close proximity to the downtown core and all of its amenities along with the easy access to the trails in Peterson Creek Park.
