Description
The Okanagan is known for its fruit worldwide, peaches, grapes, apples etc. The style inspired me as I grew up in the valley surrounded by flavour. One of my childhood memories was playing hide and seek in the apple orchard beside my house. I wanted to show off the best the Okanagan land has to offer.
